Project Scope

Graycor Construction Company Inc. completed construction of a 57,000-square-foot addition to the Anaheim Marriott, a 19-story, 1,031-room hotel located just two blocks from Disneyland. The project is one of many Graycor has performed coast to coast for the Washington, D.C.-based hotelier. Located across from the world-class Anaheim Convention Center and about 45 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, the hotel’s new ballroom addition more than doubled its meeting and banquet space capacity.

Tight space constraints made scheduling and the coordination of material deliveries critical to the project. The new addition is located where the facility’s swimming pool area used to exist, which required Graycor’s team to remove the pool and then use the limited space for materials and equipment during construction.
