Project Scope

Graycor Construction was the general contractor for the design-build delivery of Camelback Collective, a new mixed-use office and hotel development in the heart of Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor. The development includes a four-story, 120,000-square-foot, Class A mid-rise office building, a 160-room boutique Marriott AC Hotel, and above- and below-ground parking. The Camelback Collective site totals 3.6 acres and is bordered by commercial and residential development, as well as a major thoroughfare.

The office complex features 30,000-square-foot floor plates, high ceilings, full-height glass with operable windows and balcony space. The office building incorporates sustainable features and was designed to meet LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
