Project Scope

As part of the 900 North Michigan building project, Graycor provided construction management services for the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, a premier hospitality facility located on the 32nd to 46th floors of the building.
The Four Seasons Hotel, classically designed with European furnishings, offers 343 elegant guest rooms with spectacular views of Lake Michigan or the Chicago sky-line. The hotel is located close to Chicago’s business and financial centers offering convenient indoor access to the distinctive 900 North Michigan Avenue Shops.
