When Cornerstone Advisers decided to re-flag the Rosemont Hotel to the new Hilton Rosemont they relied heavily on Graycor Construction’s expertise of working in occupied spaces. Cornerstone’s goal was to ensure the finest first impression was made to leisure travelers and corporate guests, so Graycor quickly mobilized to begin the vast public spaces renovation. Graycor was able to successfully complete this project, which encompassed some of the most visible and highly trafficked areas of the hotel, by employing exceptional attention to detail and unwavering dedication to public safety. The result for Cornerstone is a roomy and elegant lobby with comfortable public spaces that invites guests to relax and enjoy all the amenities of the hotel.

In the Library, Graycor installed a new gas fireplace and completely replaced the front reception desk—critical to the hotel operation—without disruption. The hotel’s atrium received new hanging light fixtures, and the lobby’s new focal point—an expansive glass enclosed custom fireplace. Graycor also improved the hotel’s dining options, comprising of renovations to the Liberty Tavern Lounge and build outs of a new sundries area and Café Pronto. Elsewhere in the hotel Graycor added new fitness center, bathroom, office, meeting, and business center spaces.
