Project Scope

Graycor completed a tenant build-out of Le Meridien Chicago’s 11th floor to include a newly constructed fitness suite. The 4,500-square-foot facility, designed by Anthony Belluschi/OWP&P Architects, includes exercise space, lockers, restroom and office areas.
