Project Scope

Graycor completed a renovation at the Louis Joliet Mall food court for Urban Retail Properties Co., one of the nation’s largest retail managers. The 11,500-square-foot food court remained fully operational while Graycor installed new tile, furniture and interior landscaping, all within an aggressive, 12-week schedule.
