Project Scope

Graycor completed a renovation of 558 guest rooms at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center. The renovation of guest rooms, suites and corridors consisted of stripping old finishes – wallcovering, carpet and furniture – and installing new finishes, furniture and electrical outlets. The bathrooms were updated with new vanities, sinks, faucets, wallcovering, mirrors and lighting. The suites received complete renovations including new bathrooms and wood flooring.

Tight time constraints made scheduling and the coordination of material deliveries critical to the project. Despite time constraints and incomplete drawings, Graycor was able to successfully complete the project.
