Project Scope

Nitti Graycor completed second generation tenant improvements of multiple suites in the Papago Buttes Corporate Park in Tempe, Arizona. Formerly a single-tenant corporate facility, Papago Buttes Corporate Park is now a multi-tenant complex offering 436,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Papago Buttes and tenants such as Endurance Group International, Western Refining, ESS Data Recovery and Wolters Kluwer trusted Nitti Graycor for their office build-outs. Work totaling nearly 90,000 sf in suites ranging in size from an individual offi ce of 1,500 sf to a complete 77,000 sf floor included demolition, new walls, doors, finishes, painting, carpet and minor mechanical/electrical/plumbing work.

Nitti Graycor’s well developed TI expertise in live environments allowed for the efficient and on-time completion of each build-out. A clean and secured work site was maintained throughout each project with the awareness of the other tenants and their customers within the complex. Ensuring public safety and minimizing disturbances caused by noisy work were ongoing concerns that were addressed in part by completing loud work outside of normal business times during both early morning and evening hours.
