Project Scope

Graycor Construction is the general contractor for the Stanford Shopping Center Macy’s redevelopment. The project includes demolition of the existing three-story Macy’s and the construction of a new shell for tenant Wilkes Bashford, a new shell for two future restaurant tenants, as well as a building pad for a new Restoration Hardware.
