Project Scope

Mindful of the historic nature of the University of Chicago′s older gothic-style buildings, Graycor performed extensive renovations in the area of the campus known as the Quadrangle. The project included upgrading mechanical systems, life-safety systems, laboratory equipment and finishes in four separate lab buildings without affecting the delicate interior and exterior aesthetics of the structures.
